OBIS MTEC Calendar

Background and the need for a unified calendar

MTEC students usually take part to events organized by four different groups:

• D-MTEC
• OBIS
• Mentoring Program
• Buddy program

Clear communication among all 4 groups is necessary to minimize the conflicts between events and ensure high participation levels

How to add the OBIS MTEC calendar to your personal one

Google Calendar Users

1. Go to a computer and access your personal google calendar in the browser
2. On the left panel, click on the plus symbol to the right of "Other calendars"
   
   
3. A menu will open, click on "subscribe to calendar"
   
   
4. Paste the calendar link (c_a5209012a60bc08427235be68fe44e2c6fa84bdfcaa5c1c2bc54aa4663c8a3d5@group.calendar.google.com) and press enter
   
   
5. Congrats! Now you will never miss a MTEC event!

Apple users

iPhone / iPad

1. Open your calendar and choose "Calendars" from the bottom option pane
   
2. Now choose "Add Calendar" from the bottom left
   
3. Next click on "Add Subscription Calendar"
   
4. Now paste in the link and choose "Subscribe"

1. Open Apple calendar
2. In the top option pane choose "File" and then "New Calendar Subscription..."
